Lesson 8: Throwout

The Throwout has been broken down into two figures, each consisting of six steps. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are to be done in conjunction with one another, with Fig. 1 preceding Fig. 2. The actual "Throwout" occurs in Fig. 2. The Throwout takes the time equivalent of two basic patterns to complete the entire sequence.
