Woman's Outside Under Arm Turn: Right Arch Turn
The Arch Turn is so named because that's what it looks like when you join raised hands with a partner and turn underneath them. The turn can be performed by one or both partners. This is also known as an Outside Under Arm Turn and proceeds right for women and left for men.
The following step is broken down into two parts: the outside turn and the inside turn. Both steps are consecutive movements which together form what is called the "out and in" under arm turns.
