Making Your Own Fox Trot Routine

One of the best ways to practice your new dance skills is to combine the variations you have learned in patterns that you create yourself. The more you practice, the more interesting your dancing will become.

Turn the Ballroom for Beginners CD or cassette to track #4-6 to practice the Fox Trot. Track #4 is the slowest of the three songs, while track #6 is the fastest. (Click here to find information on the Ballroom Dance Kit.)
